Manufacturing technology used in producing the
ROTO 35 V

Crank case - is cut by a CNC milling cutter. After that it is annodised with a special colour.

Cylinder - it is made from a single piece of dural with pressed sleeve from steel it is turned and machined to the correct size.

Piston - cast from high grade silicon alloy with one piston ring. The aperture for the plug 8 mm is honed.
Piston rod - is forged, which is completely machined. Two needle bearings are moulded into piston rod.

Crank shaft - made from one piece of steel, it is forged and hardened and it is completely machined.

Rear Case of Engine - cast and then hardened and machined slide - valve layed.
The individual components and clearances are checked and then assembled in a special workplace. |
