The Mountain Hawk is specifically for the sports modeller who wants a big plane, perhaps as an intermediate step to very large models.  The Mountain Hawk is an absolute dream to fly. From Knife edge to almost scale like manoeuvres. She'd make the perfect low wing aerobatic trainer or perhaps a practice model for a large scale masterpiece. I really enjoy flying the Mountain Hawk, She has amazing presence in the air yet her large size makes her a pussycat. The fuselage is mainly light-ply sides and formers, sheeted with light balsa. Wings are light-ply and balsa construction, balsa sheeting, making it an incredibly light yet strong structure.  It is then covered in a stylish design with checkerboard on the underside.
